You've run your Lean Canvas, you've generated a bunch of ideas, and you're detailing the features necessary to support your business.  The Feature Matrix, when used properly, could be a great way to organize your product design and development into sprints with budget, effort and business/user benefit considerations. This talk will provide an overview of the Feature Matrix and how to use it as a planning tool for MVP and sprint management and add in best practice in decision making framework for determining MVP without sacrificing Form and Function.
