I've been in the trenches of multi-platform direct to consumer marketing programing for 30+ years. I help companies figure out what they want to say and the best way to say it, using the right channels (content strategy/marketing) to create a connected community and brands consumers feel are a part of their life.

My real passion is supporting women high performing women like me to support their health and well-being buy changing how we eat, think, and how we show up in the world. I founded Lifelicious™, to provide education, resources, and community with an aim to stimulate an honest conversation addressing the wellbeing challenges that busy women experience and providing them solutions to their needs via experts, products, and resources.
