Startup Longmont, in conjunction with Longmont Startup Week is hosting a pitch competition for companies operating in the State of Colorado!

The competition helps companies of all kinds take the next big step in their growth. Companies who are selected for the competition will pitch to at least three different panels of expert investors and judges, who will provide feedback and professional advice on their pitch and growth plans. Participants will have support prior to the competition, including working with experts in business development, media and PR, and speaking coaches.

The competition takes place starting 11 a.m. July 20 and 10 a.m July 21 inside the CoSolve co-working location, 350 Terry Street, Longmont.

Those advancing to the semifinal rounds will have the opportunity to pitch in front of CEO's from organizations such TechStars, Boomtown, Innovate Longmont and CoSolve.

Startup Longmont, en conjunto con Longmont Startup Week, está organizando una competencia de lanzamiento para compañías que operan en el estado de Colorado. La competencia ayudará a empresas de todo tipo a dar el siguiente gran paso en su crecimiento. Las empresas que se seleccionen para la competencia se presentarán al menos ante tres paneles diferentes de inversionistas expertos y jueces, que proporcionarán consejos y asesoramiento profesional sobre su lanzamiento y planes de crecimiento. 6:00 p.m. - Jackson Cloud will be helping us celebrate and close out Longmont Startup Week!

Jackson Cloud is a young, naturally talented musician from Longmont Colorado. His instrument of choice is the electric guitar however he has found that his voice is an extension of the vibrating strings, which now work as one instrument. Old Blues and Rock & Roll came out very naturally at first, but he has started to write his own material and the sounds are much more.

After a successful week of learning, meeting and connecting with new people and helping us celebrate Longmont's growing entrepreneurial community. You sure deserve the celebration!
