Elaine DiLisio is the Founder and CEO of Cordillera Advisor Group, LLC. We specialize in Strategic Sales Advising Services, Revenue Growth, BD initiatives and Leadership along with Strategic Sales Planning and Training.   Cordillera is headquartered in Colorado and serves clients locally, nationally and globally.  We are all about getting the sales engine rolling and teams feeling successful.
Elaine has over 25+ years in the High Tech Industry serving clients globally.  She has served as a VP of Strategic and Global Sales for many well-known high tech firms most recently spending over 11 years in the embedded computing area.  Elaine served as the VP, Managing Director of World-Wide Sales Automotive and Transportation Group for Luxoft, a Swiss based Global IT Managing Services Provider.   Prior to Luxoft, Elaine spent close to 10 years with Intel’s Wind River Subsidiary as VP of WW Global and Strategic Product and Professional Services Sales responsible for over $100M in revenue. She joined the company and assisted them in growth year over year to over $390 M in sales and services, driving new client business and new business models for the company.   Elaine’s passion for client growth, leadership and development towards her client’s success is second to none.
 Elaine is a committed and active member in Colorado Trusted Advisor Group and a School Mentor for the Leeds School of Business, Sales Management Program at The University of Colorado Boulder and Mumford School of Business, Women who Startup.   She and her husband reside in Golden, Colorado.
