Denver-based entrepreneur and mentor, Tom Higley, is Founder and CEO of 10.10.10 – 10 wicked problems, 10 prospective CEOs, together for 10 days to create marketable solutions to the world’s wicked problems. 10.10.10’s inaugural program, focused on Health, was held in 2015. This program, and each of four programs since, has been an extraordinary success leading to the creation of eight new ventures. The organization plans to host 10.10.10 Cities programs in 10 U.S. cities by 2025 – each focused on the wicked problems cities must address in health, water, food, energy, learning, infrastructure, waste, security, climate change.

Tom has founded and run seven tech startups, including Service Metrics (acquired by Exodus Communications for $280 million) and Latis Networks (acquired in 2013).
He has been mentor to hundreds of founders and CEOs during the past two decades. He has been active angel investor, investing in more than 25 companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of WetData and has served on numerous boards and advisory boards.

Tom graduated from the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.
